- Rehabilitation and upgrading of 428 km of distribution network in Kigali City
- Construction of 41 water reservoirs ranging from 250 m3 to 10,000 m3
- Construction of 47.8 km Nduba water network
- Construction of 50.8 km of Kanyinya water network
- Construction of 36.7 km Rugalika water supply
- Construction of forwarding infrastructure of Kanzenze WTP towards Kicukiro and Bugesera district (56.4 km and 7 reservoirs of 26,000 m3)
- Construction of 28 km Bweramvura water supply and service reservoirs of 3000 m3
- Rehabilitation of Kimisagara pumping station
- Supply and installation of bulk meters ranging from 100 mm to 400 mm
- Installation of supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system of the whole Kigali City water network
- Replacement of old customer meters including 21,000 new units
