Electrification of Gisagara Project
Key Project Features:
This project entails of constructing of 189 Km MV line and 336 Km of LV line in three district of Southern province of Rwanda (Gisagara, Huye and Muhanga) and connecting 15,000 new clients of those districts to the national electricity grid.
Project Mission:
While implementing this project, IBC carried out different tasks which were implemented in three phases as they are summarized below:
- During the Pre-Construction phase:
- Review and update the detailed design and drawings
Deliverables:
Inception report, expropriation and environmental impact report, project progress report, minutes of meetings, design report, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) report, Project completion report.
